1. How can I browse and choose costumes?

2. How do I book a costume?

Booking a costume is easy! Select your desired costume and email us at hire@bollywoodparty.co.nz with the code number or screenshot. You can also choose to send us a contact form. We require your event date and T-shirt size to check the availability.  Once selected, your costume will be reserved for the specified dates.

3. Can I try on costumes before renting?

 Yes, you can! We offer appointments for in-studio fittings. Call or text us at 0211537969 or hire@bollywoodparty.co.nz 

4. How long can I rent a costume for? Overseas/Out of Auckland/Auckland

Our rental periods are 3 to 4 days for Auckland hirer. Out of Auckland hirers have up to 6 days. The overseas hirer let us know the dates. Extra days have per day charge which will depend on your hire and circumstances. 

5. Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, we require a refundable bond to ensure the safe return of the costume. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking.

6. How should I care for the costume during the rental period?

Please treat the costumes with care and avoid any damage. Keep them away from food, drink, and potential hazards. No need to clean as we will take care of that. 

7. How does your saree draping service work?

You can choose to be dressed at our studio or your selected location for Saree Draping. Please inquire about our mobile services as well. 

8. I have a saree and only need draping, can you help?

If you already have a saree and need assistance with draping, we’ve got you covered. 

9. Can I cancel or change my booking?

Once you’ve selected and paid for your costumes, please note that we have a no-refund policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or change your booking once it’s been confirmed.

10. Do you offer group discounts?

 Yes, we do offer group discounts for bulk costume rentals. Contact us to discuss your group’s requirements.

11. Do you have a plus size?

Yes, we surely have all sizes. 

12. Group of people going to the conference and they don’t have time to visit the studio. Could you bring the costumes to our office?

Yes, we are pleased to offer the convenience of bringing our costumes to your office for your convenience. Our mobile costume service ensures that you and your team can browse and select costumes right at your workplace. 

13.  How do you organise your costume stall and makeover for our event?

We take great care in organising our costume stall and makeover for your event to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. Email us for full details. 

14. Would you suggest the appropriate costumes for our event?

Yes, we are here to guide you to the most suitable costumes for your event keeping all the cultural accepted in mind. So you can step into the event comfortably.
